About the Conference
The Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA) hosts the premier conference for healthcare professionals and allies interested in bringing medicine and behavioral health together. As part of a suite of services, which include community building, content production and consultation services, CFHA’s annual conference has become the place to learn and network with all stripes of healthcare professionals, foundations, payers and others interested in integrated care. With over 80 sessions, 20 CEs and ample networking times CFHA’s conference is the place to build lifelong professional relationships. And this year, CFHA is proud to co-host our conference with our Canadian sister organization, SharedCare.
In Partnership with the Canadian Collaborative Mental Health Conference
This year CFHA is pleased to partner with the Canadian Collaborative Mental Health Care Conference to present an integrated international conference showcasing content from both countries. Like the CFHA conference, for more than 20 years the Canadian CMHC Conference has delivered timely, innovative content to promote and advance collaboration between mental health and primary care providers to achieve accessible, equitable, effective care and a better experience for all. With our mutual interest in knowledge exchange and strengthening our relationship, this year’s virtual conference presents us with a unique opportunity for collaborative learning and building new partnerships.
