Full Conference Pricing

Membership has its benefits! Membership must be current at the time of the conference.

Integrated care involves the whole team. The Care Team Member includes our Community Health Workers, Care Managers, Peer Support Specialists, Unlicensed Care Enhancers, and Promotoras who are all vital members of the integrated care team.

Save money by purchasing a membership to get the member rate. Membership is $275 or less.

All post-docs, fellows, students, and residents who are CFHA members can take advantage of this great price. Non-members can become members for just $55.

CFHA recognizes the experience and wisdom of our long-time members. Eligible individuals can become retiree members for just $55 a year.

Want to come to the conference, but you can’t attend the whole thing? This 1-day pass gives you access to all of the sessions for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

ELO PRICING

Extended Learning Opportunities (ELO) are deep dives into specific content areas – kind of like mini-conferences held right before our big one.

All individual professionals can attend an ELO for just $99 each. Please review the conference schedule to ensure you can attend all of the ELOs you register for.

All trainees, retirees, and care team members can attend an ELO for just $99 each. Please review the conference schedule to ensure you can attend all of the ELOs you register for.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests made by Monday, October 21st, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee. Refund requests for no-shows or cancellations after October 21st, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $200 processing fee.
