Summary
Participants will learn about value-based payment (VBP) models, including the opportunities, challenges, incentives, and disincentives of each approach. We will review the steps necessary to determine readiness for VBP, including the role of Integrated Care providers during this cultural shift. Further, participants will learn strategies for developing a business case for VBP to ensure the sustainability of Integrated Care programs.
