Simulive – Presentation is pre-recorded and slightly edited as needed. During the live presentation, the recorded presentation is played first. During the broadcast, presenters cannot pause and stop the recording. You can, however, focus on facilitating the chat and hosting a Q&A session at the end of the session.
Live Broadcast – All speakers are presenting live. This will be good for concurrent sessions where presenters like to use live polling and/or breakout sessions. Good for experienced Zoom presenters. Plenary sessions will be broadcast live.
After the conference, materials will be available on CFHA Learns. Sessions are available for CEU’s for up to one year from the conference.
Asynchronous content will be made available just before the conference begins.
Webcast – Pre-recorded session with no live component (Q&A or chat).
Podcast – Session will be recorded as a podcast, meaning only audio will play allowing for participants to listen in their cars or on-the-go.
Posters – The poster session will be virtual this year as well. Presenters will have an opportunity to record their poster presentation (think 3-5 minute speech). We will have a chat option available for feedback.
