MEMBER PRICING OPTIONS

Membership has its benefits! Membership must be current at the time of the conference.

All post-docs, fellows, students, and residents who are CFHA members can take advantage of this great price. Non-members can become members for just $55.

This 1-day pass gives CFHA member trainees access to all of the sessions for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

Integrated care involves the whole team. We have created a new member type, the Care Team Member, to make sure our Community Health Workers, Care Managers, Peer Support Specialists, Unlicensed Care Enhancers, and Promotoras have a voice at the table. Extended Learning Opportunities (ELO) are deep dives into specific content areas – kind of like mini-conferences held right before our big one.

*Refund requests received on or before September 23, 2023, will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after September 23 or no shows.
